* Surcharge Policy *

While we strive to avoid any additional charges, a surcharge between $50 and $150 may apply in the following situations:

Uncleanliness or Disrepair: If the workspaces in the Boat or RV are excessively dirty, moldy or in disrepair, making it difficult to perform our services safely and efficiently.
Cluttered or Obstructed Work Areas: Access compartments or work areas filled with personal items that we'll need to move in order to complete our work.
Challenging Access Conditions: The Boat or RV is parked in mud or an area that complicates our arrival or safe and clean access to the interior.
Excessive Water in the Bilge or Carpets: Standing water in the bilge or carpets that hinders our ability to work and takes time to drain and dry.
Dead Batteries: If the batteries are dead and require charging before we can complete our services. A non-refundable re-visit fee of $75 will be charged for us to come back out on another day after your batteries have sufficiently charged. (This fee is waived if we replace your batteries.)

We appreciate your understanding, as these conditions may affect the time and resources required for completion of our services.
