Our Mobile Boat Maintenance & RV Repair Surcharge Policy

  While we strive to avoid any additional charges, a surcharge between $50 and $250 may apply in the following situations:

• Uncleanliness or Disrepair: If the workspaces in the Boat or RV are excessively dirty, moldy or in disrepair, making it difficult to perform our services safely and efficiently.
• Work on a Boat Older than 1998 yr Model: Generally we don't work on Boats or RV's older than 1998 but if we decide to make an exception, there WILL be minimum of $25/hr additional labor rate assessed.
• Cluttered or Obstructed Work Areas: Access compartments or work areas that are full of personal items that we'll need to move around in order to complete our work.
• Challenging Access Conditions: The Boat or RV is parked in mud or an area that complicates our arrival or safe and clean access to the interior.
• Excessive Water in the Bilge or Carpets: Standing water in the bilge or carpets that hinders our ability to work and takes time to drain and dry.
• Any Item that's Already Disassembled: Generally we don't work on any part of a Boat or RV that has already been disassembled but if we decide to make an exception, there WILL be minimum of $25/hr additional labor rate assessed.
• Dead Batteries: If the batteries are dead and require charging before we can complete our services. A non-refundable re-visit fee of $75 will be charged for us to come back out on another day after your batteries have sufficiently charged. (This fee is waived if we replace your batteries.)
• Bees & Critters: If our technician is stung or bit due an infestation in, on or around your Boat/RV.
