Customer Help
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about Tyler's mobile service, pricing, eligibility, service areas, and appointment process.
Is Tyler's a mobile service?+
Yes. We perform service at the customer's location rather than operating a customer drop-off repair shop.
Can I bring my boat or RV to your Centerville office?+
No. The Centerville business office is for paperwork and administrative purposes. It is not a service or equipment drop-off location.
What types of equipment do you work on?+
Tyler's works on boats, RVs, camper trailers, fifth-wheel campers, boat trailers, and PWCs such as Jet Skis, WaveRunners, and Sea-Doos when the requested work is within our service scope.
What are the boat age and size requirements?+
Boat eligibility is generally for 1998 and newer boats that are 19 feet or longer. Final eligibility depends on the requested service and the equipment involved.
Do you service saltwater boats?+
Tyler's services freshwater boats.
What areas do you service?+
Tyler's provides mobile service within Utah, primarily across the Wasatch Front and nearby communities. Exact service-area eligibility is confirmed for the customer's location.
Can I see pricing before scheduling?+
Yes. Many common services have published pricing connected directly to Tyler's service catalog. Some repairs, diagnostics, parts, travel policies, or equipment conditions may affect the final cost.
Do you give an exact arrival time?+
Appointments are scheduled by reserved service day rather than a guaranteed arrival time. An ETA can be provided when the technician is headed your way.
Do I have to be home during service?+
Not necessarily. If the technician has the required access to the equipment and the service can be completed safely, the customer may not need to be present.
Is a service agreement or deposit required?+
A signed service agreement and the applicable booking deposit are required as part of the appointment process.
